Features

  • Applies to every page automatically
  • Opacity adjustable from 5% to 100%
  • Rotation angle fully adjustable (0-360°)

What happens to your file

Watermark text is drawn directly onto each page; document-level metadata, bookmarks and form fields from the source are not carried over.

Known limitations

  • Text watermarks only — image or logo watermarks are not supported.
  • The watermark is always centered on the page; position isn't adjustable.
  • Applies to all pages — there's no option to watermark only selected pages.
  • Font, size and color are fixed and not user-configurable.

Common use cases

  • Marking a document DRAFT before sharing for review
  • Stamping CONFIDENTIAL across internal PDFs
  • Adding a company name across a sample document
