Convert Office Documents to PDF
Convert Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files to PDF.
Uploaded securely over HTTPS for processing, then deleted automatically — the source file immediately, the result within 15 minutes or as soon as you download it, whichever comes first.
How to use
- Select a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RTF or OpenDocument file.
- Click Office to PDF.
- Wait a few seconds while it converts on our server.
- Download the resulting PDF.
Accepted formats
docx, xlsx, pptx, odt, ods, odp, rtf, doc, xls and ppt.
Features
- Converts using a real LibreOffice engine on the server, not an approximation
- Typically finishes in a few seconds
- Supports both modern (.docx/.xlsx/.pptx) and legacy (.doc/.xls/.ppt) Office formats
What happens to your file
The source file is deleted from the server immediately after conversion; the resulting PDF is deleted automatically after 15 minutes or as soon as it's downloaded, whichever comes first.
Known limitations
- This is the one tool family that uses server-side processing rather than running fully in your browser — see the privacy note below.
- Complex layouts, unusual fonts or advanced formatting may render slightly differently than in the original application.
- Very large files may take longer, since conversion happens server-side rather than locally.
Common use cases
- Turning a Word document into a PDF before sending it
- Converting a spreadsheet report to PDF for sharing
- Producing a PDF handout from a PowerPoint presentation

Questions.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?

Is this processed on a server instead of my browser?
Yes — Office file conversion needs a real LibreOffice engine, which browsers can't run. The file is uploaded over HTTPS, converted, and deleted immediately — see the privacy note on this page for specifics.
Which Office formats are supported?
docx, xlsx, pptx, odt, ods, odp, rtf, doc, xls and ppt — all convert to PDF.
